01General Provisions
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Klaude ("Service"), accessible at klaude.win. By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
02Service Description
Klaude provides paid access to third-party artificial intelligence models, on a pay-as-you-go balance and through prepaid plans. The Service operates as a gateway: your requests are routed to upstream model providers, and responses are returned to you. Klaude does not create, train, or host the underlying models itself.
03Model Availability
The list of available models, their versions, capabilities, context windows, and parameters may change at any time without prior notice. Klaude does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific model and may add, remove, deprecate, or modify any model at its sole discretion, including in response to upstream provider changes, deprecations, or outages. You are responsible for adapting your integrations to model changes. No refund or compensation is owed for the removal or modification of any model.
04Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Klaude makes no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, response times, accuracy of results, or uninterrupted operation. The Service may experience downtime, errors, or interruptions at any time. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
05Pricing
Service pricing is displayed in your dashboard and is subject to change at any time without prior notice. It is your sole responsibility to monitor current pricing before making requests. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. Pricing changes apply only to requests initiated after the change; already-completed requests are not retroactively re-billed.
06Payments & No Refunds
The Service is prepaid: you must maintain a positive balance to make pay-as-you-go requests, and plans are paid in advance for each period. Plan payments buy one period and do not create a renewable subscription, regardless of payment method. ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, including but not limited to account closure (whether by you or by Klaude), unused balance, dissatisfaction with the Service, model removal or modification, service outages, billing errors, or any other reason. This applies equally to card, bank, wallet, and cryptocurrency payments. By paying you irrevocably waive any right to a refund, chargeback, or monetary compensation.
07Data Handling
The Service stores only the account information required to operate it (such as your email and authentication identifiers) and metadata associated with each request, such as the model used, token counts, and cost. The Service does not log, store, or inspect the content of your requests or responses. You are solely responsible for the data you transmit through the Service and must ensure it complies with all applicable laws and the terms of upstream providers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
08Account Termination
Klaude reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination (whether initiated by you, by Klaude for violations, or by Klaude at its sole discretion) any remaining balance is forfeited and is not refundable in any form. To request account deletion, contact us at me@cyendd.lol.
09Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activity, to generate or distribute harmful or malicious content, to circumvent the restrictions or terms of upstream providers, or to engage in abusive behaviour that degrades the Service for other users. Unauthorized resale or sublicensing of access to the Service is strictly prohibited. Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund.
10Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klaude's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to USD $0. No monetary compensation, refund, or damages of any kind will be paid under any circumstances. In no event shall Klaude be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, business opportunities, or model availability. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

12Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
